30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on most home, outdoor, and kitchen products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

Customer-Responsible Returns (Limited Coverage)
In the following cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected:

Please note: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damage caused by chemicals, corrosive substances, or exposure to extreme conditions

Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Return Process

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging if the return is due to damage or quality issues.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address.

Do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

The return address is not the same as the shipping address on the package.

Any additional costs caused by incorrect returns (including customs fees) may be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing

Returns are typically processed within 1–3 business days after we receive the item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–2 business days after approval.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.
